Delete your conversation memory now

1. Open your conversation with @askthisai on Instagram.
2. Send the message /reset.
3. The assistant confirms. Your recent messages, conversation summaries and notes on interests and tone are deleted immediately.

Delete everything

To delete all data linked to your Instagram account, including the archive of messages and media, media descriptions and your account record:

1. Send /admin delete my data in a direct message to @askthisai, or email support@askthisai.net and include your Instagram username.
2. We may ask you to confirm from the same Instagram account, so that nobody can delete someone else's data.
3. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

What may remain

• Records we are legally required to keep, for example in connection with a complaint or a legal claim, for as long as the law requires.
• Statistics that no longer identify you.
• Messages in your own Instagram inbox. You can delete those in Instagram.

Messages to businesses using our assistant

If you wrote to a business that uses an assistant built by AskThisAI, ask that business to delete your data, because it controls it. We help the business carry out your request.
