Scope

These terms apply when AskThisAI recommends your product in return for a commission. They add to the Advertising terms. The partnership proposal prevails where they differ.

How it works

You give us tracked links, discount codes or access to your affiliate programme. The assistant recommends your product in suitable conversations, marked as sponsored, using your links or codes.

Commission

• The commission rate, what counts as a qualifying action (for example a paid order or a sign-up) and the attribution period are set in the proposal.
• Commission is calculated from your affiliate system or code reports. You give us read access to those reports or send a monthly statement.
• Orders cancelled or refunded within the period set in the proposal do not earn commission.

Payment

Commission for each month is paid within 15 days of the end of that month, unless the proposal adopts your affiliate programme's own payment schedule.

Conduct

• We use your links and codes only in the assistant's answers, unless the proposal allows other channels.
• We do not bid on your brand in paid search, send unsolicited messages or make claims you have not approved.
• You do not change links or tracking in a way that removes our attribution without telling us.

Records

Both sides keep the records needed to check commission for 12 months and share them on reasonable request.

Ending the partnership

Either side can end the partnership with 14 days' written notice. Commission earned before it ends remains payable.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and partnership agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees or courts where you live.
