About these terms

These terms apply to your use of askthisai.net, run by the operator of AskThisAI. By using the website you accept them. Our services and advertising have their own terms: the Service terms and the Advertising terms.

• Use the website lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it or send automated requests in bulk.

• Do not send passwords or account credentials through the website. We never ask for them.

Our content

The text, design, logo and software of this website belong to AskThisAI or its licensors. You may quote and link to our pages. You may not copy the website, or use the AskThisAI name or logo in a way that suggests a connection that does not exist.

Information on the website

We describe our products and services as accurately as we can. Descriptions, examples and packages are not an offer; the binding terms are those in a written proposal you accept. Example conversations and panel views are illustrations using sample data.

Other companies' names

Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. YouTube, TikTok, X and other names mentioned belong to their owners. AskThisAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

Liability

The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees or courts where you live.
