Custom software
Custom software and automation
We build the software behind AskThisAI ourselves. The same team takes on projects for other businesses when the scope is clear and the work stays within platform rules.
What we build
- 01
Messaging bots
Assistants for Instagram and Telegram that answer questions, collect details or send updates people asked for.
- 02
Integrations
Connections between Instagram and your online store, CRM, booking system or spreadsheets.
- 03
Content automation
Scheduled posting and content workflows for accounts you own, using each platform's official tools.
- 04
Dashboards and reports
Internal panels that bring your figures into one place and update themselves.
- 05
AI features
Photo understanding, transcription, summaries or classification added to software you already use.
- 06
Maintenance
Taking over an existing bot or script, fixing it and keeping it running.
How a project runs
- 01
Discovery
A call and a short document describing what the software must do, and what it must not.
- 02
Fixed-scope proposal
Deliverables, milestones, timeline and price in writing.
- 03
Build in milestones
You see working software at each milestone, not only at the end.
- 04
Handover
Source code, documentation and access handed over as the contract specifies.
What we don't build
We turn these requests down, whatever the budget.
- Tools for spam, bulk unsolicited messages or fake engagement
- Scrapers that collect personal data without a legal basis
- Automation that breaks the terms of Instagram, Meta or any other platform
- Software meant to impersonate people or brands
Ways to work together
Fixed-scope project
A defined piece of software with a clear finish line.
- Written scope and milestones
- Price fixed before work starts
- Source code and documentation handed over
Monthly development
Ongoing work on a product that keeps changing.
- A set number of development days each month
- Priorities agreed with you every month
- Regular progress reports
Maintenance
Keeping existing software healthy.
- Updates for platform and dependency changes
- Monitoring and bug fixes
- Response times agreed in the contract
Code ownership and licences are set out in each proposal.
Questions about custom work
For custom projects, ownership passes to you once the project is paid in full, unless the proposal says otherwise. Components we reuse across projects are licensed to you for use in your product.
Describe the problem
What happens today, what should happen instead and which systems are involved. That is enough for a first reply.
