Two ways to run it

  • On your server

    We install the assistant on a Windows server you rent or own, connect a secure web address and document everything we set up. Your data stays on your machine.

  • Hosted by us

    We run the assistant on a server we manage. You use the panel; updates and monitoring are our job.

What installation includes

    Server preparation

    Clock synchronisation, firewall rules and the runtime the assistant needs, configured and checked.

  2. 02

    Secure web address

    A domain or subdomain with HTTPS, so Meta can deliver messages and you can reach the panel.

  3. 03

    Connection and settings

    Your Instagram account connected, your information loaded and the panel limited to your IP addresses.

  4. 04

    Handover

    A written summary of what was installed, where it runs and how to restart or update it.

Server requirements

For the assistant alone. Higher volumes or heavy video use need more.

  • Operating system

    Windows Server 2019 or newer, or Windows 10 or 11.

  • Memory

    4 GB of RAM or more.

  • Disk

    At least 5 GB free, and more if you keep media archives for long periods.

  • Network

    A domain we can point at the server, reachable over HTTPS.
