Advertising terms

Scope

These terms apply to sponsored recommendations and fixed-fee campaigns in the @askthisai assistant, bought from the operator of AskThisAI. Commission-based partnerships also follow the Affiliate terms. Each campaign is described in a written proposal, which prevails over these terms where they differ.

Booking a campaign

The proposal sets out the format, conversation types, period, frequency, key messages, landing pages and the price or commission. A campaign is booked when you accept the proposal in writing and, for fixed-fee campaigns, when payment arrives.

Content and review

• You give us accurate information about your product and the claims you want made, and confirm that you have the rights to any names, logos and material you provide.
• Every campaign must follow our Advertising policy and the law of the places it reaches.
• We may edit wording for clarity, language and length without changing its meaning, and may decline or remove content that breaks the policy.

Labelling

Sponsored mentions are marked as sponsored. We do not run campaigns that ask us to hide that a mention is paid for.

How mentions are delivered

The assistant includes sponsored mentions in eligible answers of the agreed conversation types, at the agreed frequency, written in each reader's language. How many people see a mention depends on how many people use the assistant during the campaign, so we do not guarantee a number of impressions, clicks or sales unless the proposal states one.

Reporting

At the end of a fixed-fee campaign we report the impressions counted by the assistant. Clicks, sign-ups and sales are measured with your own tracking.

Payment

Fixed-fee campaigns are paid in advance. Taxes are added where they apply.

Changes and cancellation

• If you cancel before a campaign starts, we refund the fee, less any costs already incurred that the proposal names.
• If you cancel after it starts, the fee for the time already run is not refunded; the rest is refunded or credited as the proposal says.
• If we stop a campaign because its content breaks the policy or the law, the unused part is not refunded.
• If we cannot deliver for reasons on our side, we extend the campaign or refund the part we could not deliver.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your products, offers and landing pages, and you cover the costs and claims that arise if your content or products are unlawful or infringe someone's rights.

Liability

Our liability for a campaign is limited to the fee paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits or other indirect losses, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and campaign contracts are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees or courts where you live.
